Aqualibrium (Live Argyll)

We have a six lane, 25 metre swimming pool with a floating floor system and timing equipment, ideal for competitive swimming. It also caters for a variety of fun activities such as Aqua Zumba, water aerobics, Family Fun sessions, Rookies and much more! Local clubs, including swim club, kayak club, sub aqua club and AquaNatal use the facility.

Aqualibrium is a recognised Approved Training Centre (IQLUK).

Our fitness suite provides a comprehensive range of cardio vascular equipment with an integrated entertainment system. We have a progressive line of resistance equipment and hammer strength free weights along with barbells, swiss balls, bosu balls and power-plate equipment. Our R.E.P.S qualified gym instructors are there from your initial induction into the fitness suite to assist with fitness and nutritional advice. They can guide you through your workout and assist in any way. This includes developing an individual training programme to meet your specific exercise needs.

Looking for the perfect way to relax and unwind? Why not visit our health suite which has a sauna and steam room facilities?

The sauna has dry heat, this helps with the cleansing and detoxification of the body and a steam room with humid heat which is excellent for skin hydration. The health suite has private changing facilities, lockers, toilets, shower area and water cooler with loungers nearby on which to lie back and relax. There is also easy access to the swimming pool if you fancy a quick dip to cool off. (Please note there is an additional charge for the swimming pool). The health suite is available to those aged 18 and over.
